Do not assume a transport provider can change bookings or guarantee access without an appointment. Requirements depend on your circumstances.
Explain how the car can be moved
State whether it has number plates, whether the engine runs and whether it rolls freely. Mention known faults and access at the collection point. Transport method must be confirmed for the vehicle and applicable conditions. Carrying a car on a flatbed is not evidence of technical compliance.
Plan the return or next destination
Decide in advance what should happen afterwards: return to the starting point, delivery to a workshop or another journey. Give the receiving contact details. The inspection centre determines the result; transport cannot guarantee a pass. Request a quote that clearly describes the planned journeys.
